Bucktown Arts Fest Wrap Up

Holy cow! Bucktown Arts Fest was amazing. Thanks to everyone that visited us this past weekend, especially the many clients that came out because of our newsletter and blog reminders. E-mail newsletters and blog land can seem like a black hole some days, so it's always nice to be reassured that individuals are reading and enjoying our marketing efforts.

A quick shout out to our Bucktown visitors printmaker Dan Grzeca (and his beautiful daughter Ella), Kelly Velasco (look at the beautiful photo she sent to us of her Dolan Geiman works below), artist Kim Frieders, artist Elke Claus, Helen Cameron of Uncommon Ground, and Tracy Varley, previous co-owner of St. Louis's Mad Art Gallery and recent Chicago transplant.

We introduced two new prints at Bucktown, Country Fair and Big Time Belief (see previous blog entry). Country Fair is available framed and unframed. Drop us a line if you're interested in purchasing Country Fair or any of our other print selections.

We also introduced a new line of digital prints on wood which will be properly explained in an upcoming entry. Otherwise, we were pleased to find new homes for three of the four collages in the photo below. We're always excited to discover new clients that enjoy Dolan's smaller, more intimate paper-based collage works.

Lastly, we want to thank Jane for her clever gift application of our panel paintings - all of her bridesmaids will be receiving their very own panel painting, hand-selected to coincide with the wedding colors.
