Link Love: The Sounds of Mr. Hooper's Studio

Your wish has been granted!

We are back with another special guest edition of Friday Link Love, this time featuring our good friend, the undeniable Mr. Hooper.

Nashvillian, Mr. Hooper, is a contemporary artist whose work is heavily influenced by American folk art, outsider art, graffiti and underground comics. Mr. Hooper's art is an amalgamation of pop icons, cartoon characters, dirty streets and urban decay. The pieces are usually detailed narratives interlaced with Hooper's singular wit and unique style. An artist’s inspiration comes from many different places. Mr. Hooper routinely delves into popular culture for his subject matter, but on a deeper level it is other artists who stir his soul.
