For the past few weeks, Dolan has been hard at work on a trade commission for a resort in Orlando, Florida. The acrylic and silk screen paintings on wood are each 76" H x 54" W. Colors and general composition details were specified by the art consultant. Dolan selected the birds and plants, choosing species indigenous to Florida including the blue heron and kingfishers. If all goes according to plan, this diptych will be shipped to its new resort home sometime in early August.
